Oseberg Tapestry Fragments
c. 834 CE or somewhat earlier; the ship burial itself is dendrochronologically dated to 834 - Tapestry weave (rosepath and other techniques) in wool weft, on a warp originally of plant fibre, probably flax, now largely perished
