Early photographs of French Polynesia taken by naval officers Gustave Viaud (1859-1862) and Paul-Emile Miot (about 1869-1870), acquired by the museum in 2023 and shown together for the first time, including landscapes and a portrait of Queen Teriimaevarua II of Bora Bora.
